RapidStart implementation services

RapidStart – Templates

RMC has made significant investments in the definition of RapidStart implementation templates for Oracle Cloud Applications. The goal of these templates is to shorten the implementation time and to follow a best practice approach. We have implementation templates for the implementation of several ERP processes (Journal-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay,…).

The RapidStart templates are using our own RMC project methodology which is a combination of Prince2 and the OUM Cloud Methodology. PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based method for effective project management. PRINCE2 is a de facto standard and extensively used. The OUM Cloud Methodology is specifically designed for implementing Oracle Cloud Applications, according to well defined and tested activities and deliverables; it is based on the same principles as Oracle’s Unified Method (OUM) to allow a consistent approach across all Oracle products.

Our approach consists of:

  • An efficient approach to Oracle Cloud implementations
  • An easy-to-follow framework of activities, for a step-by-step project implementation centered around the essential activities and deliverables
  • A prototype approach based on standard functionality

That’s why RMC foresees on-site presence at the customer site during the implementation and post go-live support.
